Members can ask questions about products being sold online. Both the buyer and seller
are sent copies of the question via email. When a question has been answered the
potential buyer receives a copy of the response via email and the results are also
saved online for later viewing.

Your members can print and download packing slips for any sales they have made online. All packing slip information is archived indefinitely – allowing them to make

email with a brief summary of the order and the customers details.
Online Bookings
Every time a member makes a booking for service related businesses (accommodation,
tours, hourly/daily/weekly rate services) both parties receive an email with a summary
of the order.
Quoting Online
For orders requiring online quotes the seller will receive an instant email with
details of the order. The seller can then click on the enclosed link and provide
details of the quote and this information will be emailed to the buyer who will
then accept or decline the order. Transfer of funds will then take place online
without any additional work.
Buying Online
Whenever a member makes a purchase online they will receive an email notification
once the purchase has been confirmed by the seller.
